Service tips:
When the breaker is working in low temperature seasons:
1)Note that 5-10 minutes before the breaker starts working,the low-grade warm up run combined with the selection of relatively soft stone strike, when the hydraulic oil temperature rises to the appropriate (the best working oil temperature of the hydraulic breaker is 50~70C) to the normal working gear:
2)Before the breaker works, the breaker main body should be vertical,the chisel is pressed down against the ground and then lifted,and the repeated action is not less than 5 times,
the purpose is to make the cylinder, piston, oil seal and other spare parts fully lubricated.
3) After each shift is stopped, the hydraulic breaker is parked vertically,The piston is pressed into the middle cylinder inside by the chisel against the ground to avoid large temperature difference .Steam is formed in the front cylinder striking chamber,resulting in rust and oil leakage of the exposed part of the piston.
When the hammer is temporarily or temporarily shut down:
(1)Do not lay the crushing hammer flat, otherwise it will fall on the oil seal due to the weight of the piston, resulting in deformation or damage to the oil seal.When the hydraulic breaker is working under the above conditions, it will cause oil leakage or cylinder piston strain:
(2)The hydraulic breaker should be vertical and the chisel is pressed against ground to keep the piston inside the middle cylinder to avoid pollution or high humidity in the air.resulting in rust corrosion of the exposed part of the piston and strain failure of the cylinder piston.
Third, when the hydraulic breaker is shut down for a long time:
(1)Plug the oil inlet and outlet to prevent entry into dirt
(2) Remove the chisel
(3) Place the hydraulic breaker flat on the flat ground in a dry environment,and place the sleeper at the back of the hydraulic breaker body higher than the front to maintain ventilation
(4) Fully release nitrogen from the back cylinder:
(5) Push the piston into the middle cylinder inside:
(6)Apply grease or anti-rust oil to the front end of the piston, chisel and inner and outer bushes.
7) Cover the whole hydraulic breaker body with rain cloth or store it indoors:
Note: For the hydraulic breaker stored in the Meiyu season or for a long time, when it is used again,after-sales service person need to disassemble, maintain, check, and replace the seals before installation and use.
