B. The hydraulic valve runs back and forth, and the debris generated by the back and forth operation of the cylinder,but this phenomenon will not occur in a short time;
C. It is a new machine. It will produce a lot of iron filings when the equipment is running in. I do n’t know whether you will empty the hydraulic oil in the oil tank when you change the oil.
After using the new oil circulation system, wipe the oil tank with a cotton cloth and add new ones. If there is no oil, there may be a lot of iron filings remaining in the oil tank,which will also cause the new oil to be contaminated and blackened.
2、 External environmental factors
Check whether your hydraulic system is closed and whether the breathing hole is intact; check the exposed parts of the hydraulic part of the equipment to see if the seal is intact, such as the dust ring of the oil cylinder.
A. Not clean when changing hydraulic oil;
B. The oil seal is aging;
C. The working environment of the excavator is too bad and the filter element is blocked;
D. There are a lot of air bubbles in the air of the hydraulic pump;
E. The hydraulic oil tank is in communication with the air. The dust and impurities in the air will enter the oil tank after a long time of use, and the oil must be dirty;
F. If the oil particle size test meets the cleanliness requirements,it can be ruled out that it is dust pollution. To be sure, it is caused by the high temperature of the hydraulic oil! At this time, you should use high-quality hydraulic oil, check the oil return filter, heat dissipation oil circuit, the focus is on the radiator of hydraulic oil, and usually maintain according to theregulations.
3、hydraulic breaker grease
The black oil in the hydraulic system of the excavator caused not only by dust, but also by the irregular filling of butter.
For example: when the distance between the bushing and the steel braze exceeds 8 mm (the little finger can be inserted), it is recommended to replace the bushing. On average, every 2 outer jackets need to be replaced with an inner sleeve. When replacing hydraulic accessories such as oil pipes, steel pipes,and oil return filter elements, the breaker must be cleaned of dust or debris at the interface before it can be loosened and replaced.
When filling the grease, the breaker needs to be lifted, and the chisel should be pressed into the piston. Each time, only the half gun of the standard grease gun needs to be filled.
if the chisel is not compressed when filling the grease, there will be grease at the upper limit of the chisel groove. When the chisel is working, the grease will directly jump to the main oil seal of the crushing hammer. The reciprocating movement of the piston brings the grease into the cylinder body of the breaker, and then the hydraulic oil in the cylinder body of the breaker is mixed into the hydraulic system of the excavator, the hydraulic oil deteriorates and becomes black)
